We do advise on Oft regs and how we do things to conform to the various acts - with the normal proviso that you are obviously ultimately responsible - and you should always seek legal advice on your own behalf.
We can show you how to calculate early settlements, and collectors wages. Automatic Customer quality is only provided by the software, however we can show you how the calculation is performed for this feature. Obviously the training period is not the end of our commitment and we are happy to help and advise on an ongoing basis for as long as you need it
