I'm currently expanding my operation into the UK having already expanded through Self Employed Agents here in Ireland, North and South.

What would you all suggest as the best way to expand in the Uk, given that
1; I'm not physically there
2; the distances involved are so much greater

Any Thoughts?

Yes, their rates to advertise are quite expensive.

They are in essence a publication that sell adverts.

They do offer other services, but if I understand right they don't hold 3000 CVs of prospective Agents

Hi smile bcs,

I had to find some 150 reps at the begining of the year, I had no idea how to bring in that many in a short period of time, I choose a Seminar over 4 weeks in the UK, I had over 500 replies, over 300 interviews and found 160. However it was very expensive (over 7K) but it set me up with another contract, you really have to do this hands on, or like Positron says delegate to an Area manager, who takes a %.
