weekly, often more.
I am constantly tweaking the code etc to stay up in the google search engines, as well as writing new content pages and adding new products.

Well I upload new art prints to the collection every week, and try to think of new pages to add when I get time. I also have the news blog which is perhaps not used as much as I would want.

That's a good question to which I cannot answer! Just coming up to 500 images in the collection, although I have a slight issue with the database now which has decided to stop allowing me to add any more  Undecided
